Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
  3. Project Management:
    • Lead and coordinate the execution of solar energy projects from inception to completion.
    • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  4. Technology Integration:
    • Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies in solar energy into the company’s operations.
    • Collaborate with R&D to drive technological innovation.
  5. Quality Assurance:
    • Establish and maintain high standards for the quality of solar energy products and services.
    • Implement quality control measures.
  6. Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Work collaboratively with other executives to align technical operations with overall business objectives.
    • Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  7. Budgeting and Resource Allocation:
    • Collaborate with the finance team to develop budgets for technical operations.
    • Allocate resources effectively to meet project and operational goals.
  8. Regulatory Compliance:

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a senior technical leadership role within the renewable energy sector, with a focus on solar energy.
  • Strong background in engineering or a related technical field.

  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Education: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field is required.
